DPSBIKES Frame Product Warranty Policy
The brands of products represented and sold by DPSBIKES are genuine authorized goods and are covered by the official warranty policy.
The warranty period for frame products is one year, as explained below: The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase and lasts for 365 days. In the case of pre-ordered products, the warranty period starts from the actual delivery date.
Warranty requirements:
We only provide warranty services to customers who have purchased the product from DPSBIKES Taobao or designated official dealers. Customers need to provide screenshots of the purchase orders as proof of first-hand customer authentication. Second-hand products or products obtained through transfer or gifting are not eligible for warranty. The frame products must meet the following requirements and must not violate any provisions in the " Exclusions from warranty coverage ".
Warranty process:
Please report any product issues to DPSBIKES or the place of purchase. Provide relevant photos, videos, and other materials related to the issue. We will review, analyze, and determine the reported problems and submit a warranty application to the headquarters of the frame brand. The warranty process ensures transparent feedback, and we will promptly communicate the latest progress and results. The final warranty determination made by the official frame brand is non-negotiable.
Number of warranty claims:
There is one valid warranty claim within one year.
DPSBIKES has the ultimate right to interpret warranty products and may replace them with other frame models for customers.
During the warranty process, transportation costs incurred for the product will be shared by both parties.
The frame product warranty includes "Craftsmanship and Material Warranty" and "Usage Damage Warranty":
If, according to our judgment, the product quality issue is caused by material or craftsmanship defects during the production process, we will replace the customer's frame product free of charge.
If, according to our judgment, the damage is caused by product quality issues during usage, we will replace the customer's frame product free of charge.
Exclusions from warranty coverage:
1. Self-repainting, grinding, or modification of the product by the customer within the warranty period.
2. Excessive abuse (please refer to the intended range of use for each product) or improper maintenance.
3. Second-hand products.
4. Frame products not obtained through official authorized channels.
5. Accidental damage.
6. Incorrect installation practices.
Indirect losses：
Frame products are not invincible and may be subject to damage. Regardless of the quality of the product, its lifespan depends on the intensity and frequency of use by the rider. Please regularly maintain and inspect your bike to keep it in optimal
